These inserts are worn inside the compression garment in contact with the skin optimizing lymphatic drainage. The inserts help to decrease dead space, facilitates the retraction of the skin post detachment. i.e. liposuction.

They can be worn either horizontally or vertically.

Machine washable. Do not tumble dry.
