RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 100% guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the goods ordered. We will refund or exchange your items providing you return them to us in their original condition including the sales receipt within 15 days of purchase. 
Items that have been altered, damaged, worn, marked, stained, washed, dry cleaned or items not odour-free will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
In order to ensure the items are accepted by us please be careful when trying them on. Please ensure that you are not wearing any body lotion, deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try items over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items which are not in a saleable condition. Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns by courier.

Replacements sent within the UK will not incur another postage & packaging charge. Please note we use 1st class recorded delivery. Replacements to be sent outside the UK (international orders) will incur another postage & packaging charge. Please contact us to pay the delivery charge over the telephone or to request the link for on-line payment.
If you require a refund please include a note in the parcel requesting the refund, with the sales receipt, and within 15 days of purchase. If the item you received is faulty, in this case we will reimburse your postage cost incurred in returning the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse items   damaged by fair wear and tear, accident or misuse. We cannot accept returns by courier. Please return the faulty item by 'Signed For' recorded delivery. We use Royal Mail 1st class 'Recorded Signed For' for UK addresses and Royal Mail 'International Signed For' for International addresses.
