Once you are ready to go down in size (overall or just in some areas), please fill in the boxes below (see example instructions), pay on line and send your garment to us.

- Please adjust this area only 1/2 half size down.
- Please adjust this area only by 1/4 size down.

We recommend you send your parcel by 'signed for' recorded delivery to ensure safe delivery (N.B. We cannot accept parcels sent by courier). Parcels marked 2nd Stage, received before 2pm Mon-Fri (except Bank Holidays), will be ready for dispatched the next working day at the lastest. Shipping details will be sent via email.
Please ensure your garment is washed before sending it to the alteration service. Soiled garments will be returned to the sender. Our hygiene policy does not allow us to carry out the alteration service on soiled garments.
It is advisable to have two sets of compression garments so that you have a fresh one to wear whilst the other one is being washed or returned for 2nd stage alteration.
* This service is only available for Holistic Garments support wear. Please note our Returns Policy states that no refund or exchange will be issued on garments that have been altered.
