DELIVERY
When would my order be posted?
Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be posted the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day but will only be posted the following next working day. We use Royal Mail delivery services. Please note that no orders are posted on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
We offer the following P&P delivery options (NB. as delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary):
- UK Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded: £4.95
Most 1st Class Recorded Signed For deliveries arrive by the next working day (FROM THE DAY OF POSTING) but it is not guaranteed, please allow 2-3 days.
- UK Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery by 1pm: £7.50
This service guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day FROM THE DAY OF POSTING (Mon-Fri deliveries only). If you place your order before 2pm Thursday and wish to guarantee you receive your order on Saturday, please choose Special Next Day Saturday delivery.
- UK Royal Mail Special Saturday delivery: £10.00 (for orders placed before 2pm Thursday only).
- UK Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery by 9am: £ 15.00
Next Day 9am service guarantees delivery by 9am next working day FROM THE DAY OF IT BEING POSTED (Mon-Fri deliveries only).
- For IRELAND we use Air Sure (2 working days): IRELAND Air Sure £ 7.50
- For all other non-UK addresses we use 'Royal Mail International signed for' (usually delivered within 3-5 days for Europe and from 5 days for rest of the world)or 'Royal Mail Air Sure' ( 2-5 working days), depending on the service available for the country of destination: International Signed For or Air Sure: £10.00 .
Please note that the above services require a signature so someone needs to be available at the delivery address. As delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will refund them provided you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, and postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Items that have been damaged, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. In order to ensure the items are accepted by us please be careful when trying on. Please ensure that you are not wearing any body lotion, deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try items over your own underwear. Labels must not be removed until you are entirely happy with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse return of items which are not in a saleable condition. When sending goods back it is recommended to use recorded delivery. Please note we cannot accept returns sent by courier. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Please be aware that postage & packaging charge is not refundable. If you want a refund for your unworn and in a saleable condition item please send the item, including the sales receipt number, within 15 days of receipt to: Holistic Garments (Returns) , PO Box 42666, London SW5 9TN. Items that have been damaged, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If the item you received is faulty in this case we will refund the postage charges incurred in returning the item to us. The replacement or repair of the item will not incur additional delivery charges, we use UK Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Signed for delivery and International Signedfor delivered for non-UK orders.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them provided you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, and postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Items that have been damaged, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If you want to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style subject to the item being unworn and in a saleable condition please send the item, including the sales receipt number, within 15 days of receipt to Holistic Garments (Exchange), PO Box 42666, London SW5 9TN, United Kingdom.
Please note that exchanges will only be dispatched once we have received the return. If you need the replacement to be dispatched beforehand we suggest you inform us and place another order via the web. Once we receive the return (unworn and in a saleable condition) we will refund the previous transaction.

For UK orders you will not be charged for delivery a second time. Please note that we use 1st class recorded delivery. Exchanges on non-UK orders delivery charge will apply again, please contact us via email (info@holisticgarmentsdirect.co.uk) before returning the item. We will reply sending you the link for on-line payment. Items that have been damaged, worn, washed, or dry cleaned will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

VAT
VAT is included in all prices quoted in the website ay 17.5%.
Orders sent to Channel Islands and addresses outside the EU are not subject to VAT, however our customers pay the same prices as this helps to cover additional costs of providing a service to international customers.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders are charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you use a debit/credit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Prices shown in Euro are approximate and should be used for comparison purpose only .
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENT VIA GOOGLE CHECKOUT
We use Googlecheckout for express credit or debit card payment. Google Checkout is a fast, secure way to buy from stores across the web. If you have not received an email from Google Checkout after registering, check the spam folder in your email account. Occasionally, email spam filters incorrectly classify valid emails as spam. Keep in mind that, even if you haven't received an email notification, you can always track an order's status from your account. Here's how:
Sign in to your account at https://checkout.google.com.
Click View Order.
Review your order and shipping details at the top of the page.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
PayPal securely processes payments for Holistic Garments. To pay via PayPalExpress please click on the PayPalExpress icon at checkout. Otherwise at the end of the order process, click on the checkout box and select to continue in order to fill in the billing and delivery address before making payment using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta or Maestro. The system will send you an email with your order details and confirmation.
PAYMENT VIA CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER
We can accept payment by cheque or postal order but please do not send cash. At the end of the order process, select the pay by cheque option and you will be given the relevant details. We only dispatch your product once the cheque is received and cleared.
PAYMENT VIA FAX
At the end of the order process, select the Pay via Fax option. Please send your credit or debit card details including card type, name on the card, number, security code (the last three digits on back of card), expire date, valid from date and issue number ( for switch and solo cards). We only dispatch your order once the payment is received.
