Terms and Conditions

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (except Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next working day at the latest.

All orders placed after 2pm Mon-Fri, over the weekend and on Bank Holidays will be treated as being received on the following working day. 

Please note that no orders will be dispatched at the weekends or Bank Holidays. 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • UK 1st Class Recorded Signed For P&P: £4.95
    Once dispatched, most 1st Class 'Signed For' parcels arrive by the next working day but Royal Mail do not guarantee and may take a few days.
  • UK Special Next Day by 1pm P&P : £7.50
    Once dispatched, this Royal Mail service guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day (Monday to Friday only)
  • UK Special Next Day Saturday P&P : £10.00 (orders must be placed by 2pm on Thursday, Royal Mail guarantees to deliver on Saturday).
  • UK Special Next Day by 9am P&P : £15.00
    Once your order is dispatched Royal Mail guarantees to deliver by 9am next working day (Mon-Fri only).
  • For IRELAND we use Air Sure P&P : £ 7.50 (once dispatched this service usually takes 2 working days)
  • INTERNATIONAL: £10.00 . We use 'Royal Mail International signed for' (once dispatched this usually delivers within 3-5 days for Europe and from 5 days for rest of the world) or 'Royal Mail Air Sure' ( 2-5 working days), depending on the service available for the country of destination.

All the above postage options require a signature at delivery, someone needs to be available at the delivery address. As delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods ordered, we will refund or exchange them provided you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and odour-free, including the sales receipt, and within 15 days of purchase.

Items that have been damaged, worn, marked, stained, washed,  dry cleaned or items not odour-free will not be accepted. In order to ensure the items are accepted by us please be careful when trying on. Please ensure that you are not wearing any body lotion, deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try items over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items which are not in a saleable condition. Please be aware that delivery charges are nonrefundable. We cannot accept returns by courier. Please send your returns for exchange by 'signed for' recorded delivery to the address below:

Replacements sent to the UK will not incur another postage & packaging charge. Please note we use 1st class recorded delivery. Replacements to be sent outside the UK (international orders) will incur another postage & packaging charge. Please contact us to pay the delivery charge over the telephone or to request the link for on-line payment.

If you require a refund please include a note in the parcel requesting the refund, with the sales receipt, and within 15 days of purchase. If the item you received is faulty, in this case we will reimburse your postage cost incurred in returning the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse items   damaged by fair wear and tear, accident or misuse. We cannot accept returns by courier. Please return the faulty item by 'Signed For' recorded delivery. The repair of the item will not incur any additional cost.  Send to:  Holistic Garments (Repair), PO Box 42666, London SW5 9TN, United Kingdom. Your garment will be returned to you free of charge. We use Royal Mail 1st class 'Recorded Signed For' for UK addresses  and Royal Mail 'International Signed For' for International addresses. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

VAT is included in all prices quoted in the website at 17.5%.
Orders sent to addresses outside the EU are not subject to VAT, however our customers pay the same prices as this helps to cover additional costs of providing this service.

All orders are charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you use a debit/credit card registered overseas, the total will be determined by the card issuer based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. Prices shown in Euro are approximate and should be used for comparison purpose only .
