Once dispatched, this Royal Mail service guarantees delivery by 1pm next working day (Monday to Friday only)
- UK Special Next Day Saturday P&P : £12.00 (orders must be placed by 12 noon on Thursday, Royal Mail guarantees to deliver on Saturday).
- UK Special Next Day by 9am P&P : £18.00

- REST OF THE WORLD - £12.00 . We use 'Royal Mail International signed for' (once dispatched this usually delivers within 3-5 days for Europe and from 5 days for rest of the world) or 'Royal Mail Air Sure' ( 2-5 working days), depending on the service available for the country of destination.
All the above postage options require a signature at delivery, someone needs to be available at the delivery address. As delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee the service and delivery times may vary.

We offer a 100% guarantee if you are dissatisfied with the goods ordered. We will refund your items providing you return them to us in their original condition and packaging including the sales receipt postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please include a note in the parcel requesting the refund with the sale receipt (or just include a note with your name and order number ).
To speed up the refund please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you have posted a return and please include the parcel/postage tracking number.
Items that have been altered, damaged, worn, marked, stained, washed, dry cleaned or items not odour-free will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
In order to ensure the items are accepted by us please be careful when trying them on. Please ensure that you are not wearing any body lotion, deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try items over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items which are not in a saleable condition. Please be aware that delivery charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns by courier.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
